Our Week of March 1-5, 2021

 Hello Families:

This weekend your child went home with a collection of Poetry we have learned in class.  We will be having our Poetry Cafe on Tuesday March 2.  No need to memorize, we are learning to read with expression and fluency.  A Rubric was enclosed so you can see how your child will be assessed on their oral presentation.  Here are some other reminders for our upcoming week.

1) Monday is Day 5 of our cycle.  

2) Our MWW work sheet will be due by Friday.

3) Our Science Show and share will be on Thursday March 4.  

4) Our March newsletter will be going home this week.  

Please make sure your child is dressed for the weather and has extra masks as well.

Our week of Feb.22-26

 Hello Families:

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your support with our online learning.  I couldn't have done it without you.  I so appreciate your help and guidance throughout the past few months.  Here are some reminders for our upcoming week.

1) Monday is Day 5 of our cycle.

2) Our MWW words for Week #14 are:  sight words and 'ug' family words

*remember that the activity sheet is due back by Friday.

3) Our Poetry Folder went home this weekend and the activity sheet is due back on Monday.

4) Report cards were emailed to your child's gapps account.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to speak with me.  

5) Assessment Folders went home too.  Please take some time to go over the work with your child.  I am so proud of how far we all have come! 

6) Please send extra mitts, socks and masks with your child.
